Events & Task Descriptions – Sign up at bottom of page

Saturday, May 6 – Paint & Sip Event (1:00-3:00pm on the MAC lawn or in studio)
12:00-1:45pm – 2 needed to set up tables & chairs on lawn, check in guests, assist in serving wine
1:45-3:30pm – 2 needed to assist throughout event, help serve wine, help with cleanup

Saturday, May 6 – EX LIBRIS film screening (3:00-6:30pm in MAC Theater)
2:00-3:30 – 2 needed to help prepare popcorn and check in guests, assist as needed
6:30-7:30pm – 2 needed to help clean up

Thursday, May 11 – Tap Dancing Workshop (6:00-7:30pm in MAC Theater)
5:30-8:00pm – 2 Needed to help with setup, check in guests and hand out shoes, set up refreshments, clean up after event

Friday, May 12 – Opening Reception: Anne Carrozza Remick & Stephen Remick (5:oo-7:00pm in the MAC galleries)
4:15-6:00pm – 2 Needed to setup wine and snacks, stay and help as needed
6:00-7:30pm – 2 Needed to help as needed, stay and clean up at end

Saturday, May 13 – An Hour With Eleanor (3:00-4:30pm in the MAC Theater)
2:00-5:00pm – 2 to help with setup, check-in, refreshments, and cleanup after event (see play for free!)

Saturday, May 13 – Buttonwood Brass Prohibition Party (6:30-9:00pm in the MAC Theater and galleries)
5:30-7:30pm – 2 to help with setup, check-in, refreshments (attend for free!)
7:30-9:30pm – 2 to help with refreshments and cleanup at end (attend for free!)
