Volunteer: Event for Sarah Brown

Sunday, August 11
5:15-7:15 – 5 people needed
Help install Sarah’s paintings in lower level gallery, bring up all members’ artwork to upper gallery. Bring tables and chairs outside for following day, set up pop-up tents if needed. Close/lock up building.

Monday, August 12
1:30-3:30 – 2 people needed
Greet family and help set up for private luncheon outside (weather dependent). Set up tables and folding chairs as needed.

3:30-5:30pm – 2 people needed
Help cleanup after luncheon, set up for and staff public celebration

5:30-7:30pm – 2 people needed 
Help at celebration, clean up after event.
