Annawon Weeden event at First Congregational Church Community Center at 144 Front Street (event starts at 1pm)

Help committee set up tables, chairs; serve as parking attendant to direct visitors to park at Island Wharf; staff MAC table to collect donations, promote membership, and share information; help with clean up

Wednesday, May 15
Assist with silk painting workshop in the MAC Studio (event 6-9pm)
6:00-9:30pm – 1 person needed
Assist in studio during workshop as needed, lock up studio at end of evening

Saturday, May 18
Chainsaw Carving Demo (event 10am-12pm)
9:00-10:00am – 2 needed
11:30-1:00pm – 2 needed
Tasks: Assist with setup or clean up on MAC lawn: carry chairs, folding tables, pop-up tents, as needed; setup space for Paint & Sip workshop

Saturday, May 18
Paint & Sip workshop (event 1-3pm)
12:45-3:15pm – 2 needed
Tasks: Help with wine tasting portion of workshop; clean up after event: carry chairs, folding tables, pop-up tents, as needed
