Shifts & Tasks
MORNING SET UP
6:30-9:00am: Artist greeters and check-in – 3 needed
- 1 person pick up coffee and donut order (see Jodi first)
- Greet artists when they arrive, find their number on map, show them to their spot
- Collect their raffle item(s) from front desk or booth and bring to raffle table
- Assist vendors as needed
7:00-9:30am: Set up MAC artist booth and MAC raffle/membership table – 3 needed
- Set up pop-up tent, folding tables, metal racks, easels for MAC artist booth
- Hang or set up artwork and get booth ready for show
- Set up folding tables and chairs for raffle table
- Prepare raffle table with jars, tickets, and materials; bring out membership info
7:00-9:30am: Other set up (some heavy lifting/carrying) – 2 needed
- Set up pop-up tent for musicians, help with platform
- Set up 2 pop-up tents in street
- Help with MAC booth and raffle station as needed
- Bring out cabaret tables and chairs to street, under tents (for food vendor)
- Set up kids’ games and activities on MAC lawn
- Make sure trash barrels are on site and have can liners (provided by town)
RAFFLE TABLE + MAC Ambassadors
9:30am-12:00pm: Raffle table – 3 needed
- Finish setting up raffle table: collect all sheets from front desk, make sure all artists have turned in their raffle items by 9:30am
- Sell raffle tickets, memberships, walk through park with tickets
- Direct those who wish to pay with a credit card to front desk inside
- Maintain clipboard for tracking raffle winners and numbers, instruct guests
- Take turns walking through park to ask vendors if they need a booth sitter or help, tidy spaces, check in at front desk, check games and crafts on lawn
12:00-2:30pm: Raffle table – 3 needed
- Sell raffle tickets, memberships, walk through park with tickets
- Direct those who wish to pay with a credit card to front desk inside
- Maintain clipboard for tracking raffle winners and numbers, instruct guests
- Take turns walking through park to ask vendors if they need a booth sitter or help, tidy spaces, check in at front desk, check games and crafts on lawn
2:30-5:00pm: Raffle table and selection of winners/cleanup – 3 needed
- Sell raffle tickets, memberships, walk through park with tickets
- Maintain clipboard for tracking raffle winners and numbers, instruct guests
- Take turns walking through park to ask vendors if they need a booth sitter or help, tidy spaces, check in at front desk, check games and crafts on lawn
- When event ends at 4:00pm, begin raffle winner selection (instructions will be provided)
- After all raffle winners are selected and organized, call winners about pick up
- All remaining raffle items should be neatly organized and brought inside the MAC
MAC ARTIST BOOTH
9:30am-12:00pm: Run MAC artist booth featuring Alyn Carlson – 2 needed
- Sit at booth and make art sales. Be sure to add sales tax (instructions provided).
- Collect cash, checks, and credit card sales (or send those with cards to desk inside)
- Keep inventory list and update with all sales; track buyer info
- If slow, walk through park to ask vendors if they need anything, tidy spaces, check in at front desk, check games and crafts on lawn
12:00-2:30pm: Run MAC artist booth featuring Alyn Carlson – 2 needed

- Collect cash, checks, and credit card sales (or send those with cards to desk inside)
- Keep inventory list and update with all sales; track buyer info
- If slow, walk through park to ask vendors if they need anything, tidy spaces, check in at front desk, check games and crafts on lawn
- At 4pm, pack up all artwork back into wrapping or boxes
- Review inventory sheet against artwork to account for all pieces
- Bring all receipts, cash, checks, and credit card information back to front desk
- Take down and put away booth items (folding tables, racks, chairs, materials)
CLEAN UP
3:30-5:30pm: Event cleanup and closing (some heavy lifting) – 6 needed
- Take down all tables and chairs, bring back inside the MAC
- Help vendors pack up as needed
- Take down any MAC pop-up tents as needed and pack, bring back inside MAC studio
- Collect all lawn games/craft supplies and bring back inside
- Collect any trash/tie bags for pick up
- Help tidy up spaces inside the MAC: bathrooms, kitchen area, theater
- Help organize all raffle items in office, continue to call winners as needed
