Shifts & Tasks

Wednesday, July 13
1:00-3:00pm: Open up MAC: Turn on all lights, hang “open” sign, turn on A/C units as needed. Answer phone & take messages. Greet guests who come to the gallery. Open up studio for Girl Scout troop to use (if necessary).
3:00-5:00pm: Greet guests who come to the gallery. Answer phone & take messages, close the MAC: bring in open signs, turn off all lights and A/C units, close and lock studio, lock door.

Thursday, July 14
